ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIVE IN PERSON WORKSHOPS, TO INCLUDE: – COURSES, MASTER CLASSES, & PRIVATE TUTORING.
Where to find the price for the booking.
The price of the booking (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the Course/ Workshop/ Master Class/ Private Tutoring information sheet and will be confirmed via email when your booking has been placed.
When you must pay.
The full balance of the Course/ Workshop/ Master Class/ Private Tutoring is payable on confirmation of your booking (unless otherwise stated on the booking reservation / confirmation email where a deposit has been taken). Once an available place has been confirmed, on receipt of full payment of the balance the booking is then secured. All balances must be paid in full in advance of the course.
Your Rights to Make Changes to the Booking
If you wish to make a change or cancel your booking, please contact me. I do not offer refunds or credit carried forward on any bookings placed and confirmed. However, if I can fill your place, I will refund the money you have paid to us already less a £10 administration charge (including VAT) per person for all changes to bookings. You have the right to transfer your booking to another person provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation of Workshop by Organiser
The workshop organiser, Gary Mills Designs, reserves the right to cancel the workshop with a full refund of the balance paid to date to those booked. As much notice will be given as is reasonably possible. Examples of situations where this may happen:
Tutor is ill. The venue has had to close for an unforeseen reason. There is Government guidelines on Covid social distancing restrictions in place, that the Course/ Workshop/ Master Class/ Private Tutoring cannot take place.
The Course/ Workshop/ Master Class/ Private Tutoring can be cancelled if it has not received enough bookings on the course to make it financially viable to proceed; a minimum of five working days’ notice will be given in this instance.

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation, are governed by English law. You and I both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve a dispute, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. I both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
